i have a 2001 GSR with buddy club cams 3 running on a chipped p28. everything was running fine untill i instaled a Holly throttle body and skunk2 intake manifold. now, my car wont even start unless i gas it because its idling rediculously low. any help appreciated

 

I am not familiar with your new wet up TB and Intake but hopefully the TB has a bleed screw in it to allow air to bypass the throttle butterfly valve, it sounds like you are not getting enough air on startup into the engine, look for a plug or a screw that can be turned CCW to allow more air into the Intake when the throttle is closed, do not tighten the throttle cableto open the throttle plate (butterfly valve), is it new and clean.

Is the passage in the TB that feeds the IACV open?

 

Try testing your stock TB. If the problem is fixed, I would try returning the TB. I had same problem except my aftermarket was a BBK.
