Default Bent valves?

I managed to shift from 3rd into 2nd (instead of 4th). Motor probably saw 10K rpm. Anyhow, immediately after this happened, engine idled slightly lower than usual.

Drove home and it definitely idles a bit different. I did hear some ticking/clanking sound, but then it disappeared.

Power still feels good.

I just did a compression test: 225 - 225 - 195 -225, which doesn't look good. Other then bent valves, anything else I should look into?
