Default HOLE in my B16A block?

There is a perfectly machined hole in the back of my b16 block, right below the intake manifold. The hole is about double the size of a quarter, when I got the car there was nothing in there. What should be there?

I could be wrong, but I believe when looking at it the oil preesure unit is to the left. Also, that hole is threaded, this hole is perfectly smooth. Almost as if anything went there it would have to be a freeze plug or a rubber plug..

Is the hole threaded? If so, there is supposed to be a screw-in plug for that hole. It screws in with a large allen wrench. Also, there is a non-threaded hole on the back of the motor for the PCV system. The oil separator box uses this hole.
