A 3" collector for a B16b is going to be too large, and the Jun has a 2.5". SMSP doesn't build a header for a 1-6 application either, so your only bet might be Randy or Danny.

Do you mean the exit of the header or the collector size?Because the only header I have seen with a 3" collector is that one that Vteckidd had made for a supercharged deal. Here is what a 3" collector looks like.

A 3" collector is pretty much going to be a custom ordered job. A close friend of mine has one on his all motor 2.0L Integra Type-R, though he's running around 11.6:1 compression. Here is a list of his build up which as you can see, is pretty decent for a B-series engine.

85mm bore
89mm stroke
Carrillo Rods
Wiseco +2cc pistons (11.6:1)
RLZ Stage 3 head
RLZ Stage 3 cams
RLZ Single valve springs
JG Intake manifold
Stock ITR TB
Mugen intake
RC 370cc injectors
AN-R header with 3" collector
Thermal 3" exhuast
ATS 4.9 FD
Clutch Masters stage 3 clutch
Toda flywheel
Toda timing belt
Toda cam gears
Drive Shaft Shop stage 3 axles
AEM EMS

I have a 3" exhaust on my all motor 2.0L Integra Type-R and though it is sufficient, I feel it isn't the best. 2.5" exhaust (hint hint, want to buy one) would be ideal for your application and perhaps mine.

For fun, here's a video of his Type-R vs. a friend of ours, M3

Nothing is different, 2.5" is 2.5". But there is allot of things different about the actual header vs your stock exhaust manifold.

Like I said, I cannot remember exactly. Just for fun I'll PM him and ask. I wouldn't surprise myself if I was off in my lapsed memory estimation.

I'm new at this but I would guess that is 1 3/4 stepped to 1 7/8 with a 2 or 21/8 collector.With a 3" exit.What do you think Dave?
