Default Replaced my Cracked Carsound cat yesterday, Found a goodie

I found a cracked valveguide that has been hanging out in the Cat ever since I bent the valves 50,000 miles ago at a roadcourse event I guess that explains my rattle problem.

I replaced the cat with a T1R resonated testpipe and the car sounds great once again

-Larkin who is enjoying a quiet car again

my carsound took a crap awhile back too, but I was able to just remove half of the honeycomb stuff and the rattles were gone.

<<< who is now temporarily running side pipe exhaust with no cat, resonator, or mufflers and damn I need to fix that lol

Mine actually had cracked across most of the welds at the flange and thus was leaking, making the car loud and smelly. Finding the valve guide was just wierd. I never even thought something like that would break in that case

I originally thought I my exhaust leak was from the Spoon header, but its actually fine. If anyone wants a spoon header with minor dents on the bottom ($350 shipped), let me know. I'm looking at getting something with better ground clearance now that I'm lowered.

I wish I would've known that I had to drive around with the cracked High flow cat for 3 weeks waiting on a backorder from A&J
