A thinner 195-50-15 tire
All right WTF,when i first got my meshes they were on 55 series tires and they rub like hell.So I was broke and i could only afford to change the front 2 first,I went to a local used tire place and they gave me a pair of Goodyear Eagle Touring in 195-50's.Put those on the front and yay! i wasnt rubbing anymore when i made a turn,so then i got my next paycheck and i bought some Kumho Ecsta 711 also in 195-50's i got them mounted and put these in the front
WTF
the kumhos have a thicker sidewall than the Goodyears,so now it looks like my car is a little higher in the front even though my coilovers are all the way down in the front and i have way more to go in the back.
What are some things that makes these tires thicker/skinier?the only differences i see on these tires are the Goodyear has a 200 treadlife while the Kumhos have a 320
here's a pic,cant really tell here though

EDIT;
i forgot to mention that i bought the Goodyears used and the Kumhos new

It's becuase they are two different tire companys, one may make them a bit thicker than the other. Also the used tires were prob a lil worn down making the sidewall a lil less thick.
O yea u could also go with 195 45 15 if you could find em. I wouldnt suggest it tho because ur speedo would be off, and that is not enough tire for a daily driver.

the Falken Ziex have a nice sidewall. I like how they wrap the wheel with that lip protector.

treadlife has nothing to do with it.
usually softer compound tires will have a shorter life.
