i gota no start on the ef, i did a voltage drop test on starter. checked voltage at battery. fuse box under the hood was replaced last week. and i checked the voltage at the fuse box, and everything is getting voltage..... im guessing its the main engine relay..... if ya think thats it, where is it located??????

get a long wire, touch one end of it to the spade terminal on the starter. and touch the other end to the positive battery terminal. if the starter spins then the problem is in the relay or the ign. switch. if it doesnt then u have a bad starter or a bad connection between the main power cable and the starter
yea but 91 but im getting the starter to turn over....it cranks......and im getting plenty of spark. fuel pumps fine as well
ok any codes? when did this start? does it sound like its trying to start like a pop everyonce in a while? does it sound any different cranking?

if it cranks and wont start then it will start when you bump start it, it must not be cranking fast enough. how does it run after its started? try to start it right after you shut it off to see if the battery is bad, if it starts then i bet its the battery only keeping a surface charge for a short time.
If the engine turns over, but doesn't start, try spraying a little carburator cleaner down the throat on the intake. Then try to start it. If it run's for a couple of seconds, then I'd bet your fuel relay is flakey. It's under the side panel, pretty much above the hood release lever. It's right above the starter relay, and you can probably just barely see the nut, above the starter relay. The circuit boards tend to get cracks in the solder joint's. The fix is to purchase a replacement, or pull your's apart and resolder it. I had a problem similar to your's, but just flakiness. Since I pulled the relay and resoldered it I've not had a problem.
