streering wheel question

i was just wonder is the streering wheel and quik release hid are illegal in california

Messing with your airbag (ie removing them) is illegal anywhere in the US.

actually i was told it wasnt illegal to do so... atleast here in cali.

forreal? usualy without airbag is illegal, safety of the driver and people in the car
