So i have vss problems after i droppped the trans. It worked before i dropped the tranny to replace the clutch, after install the speedo dosent work and vtec doesnt engage. I got a new vss and still nothing! Any help would be great

 

That sensor feeds three ways, to the ECM/PCM, the speedo, and to the cruise module, if none of them work there is a ground out somewhere, mine had to relearn how to display speed, it took 10 minutes of driving and the VSS would kick on and off, after about 30 minutes, it would restore itself to normal, and I haven't had problems since.
