Bolt stuck in bushing.

Im installing aftermarket shocks on my car i have all three wheels done except for the last one.. i ran into a problem. figures huh? the bolt holding the fork to the lca is stuck in the bushing. the bushing spins w/ the bolt. =/ do i need to cut the bolt out and buy a new bushing?

no its on the other side. i got that bolt out fine and installed the strut
i just shaved the bushing down and it worked
i've tryed a sludge hammer.. and nothing.
