silly question I know but!

what exactly will the differences be between an automatic engine harness and a manual harness?

the automatic has a few more extra plugs. they plug to the trans.

an automatic harness will work fine with a manual tranny, but not the other way around, if you are using an auto tranny with a manual harness, you'll have to run a couple extra wires
