ok guyz im havin a problem about my clutch....i change a new clutch for almost a year already...been havin no problem at all entill now....1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th gear are fine when i shift it but not the 3rd gear...everytime when i shift my gear to 3rd gear it feel and sound like grinding...do anybody had the same problem or know the solution????

Yea that's not the "clutch grinding", and the only solution is to rebuilt the tranny and replace that synchro. People say that GM synchromesh tranny fluid helps to make it grind less, so try that.

 

Yeah I have the same exact problem in my 88 teg.
