Lighter for sure. A 4 lb difference isn't anything.
My 9 lb is definitely a noticable change, but in terms of streetability, there is no change. I drive in rush hour, stop and go traffic every day to and from work, up and down hills, and I have no problem driving it. If you have problems, you shouldn't be driving stick.

yeah, your 4 pound difference shouldn't be enough to make your car any less streetable.
i have a comptech 6.75 lbs flywheel and a 4 puck clutch. around town is a pain.
when you have to rev match from 3rd-4th and 4th-5th driving normally, you know your ish is light.

Stock GSR is 15.5lbs. I've pulled them time and time and time again, 15.5lbs. My 7.8lb fidanza was noticable, but not worth the hassle of having to rev it up to let the clutch out (going back to stock seemed extremely nice).

i have an exedy 9.5 lb and i like it. when shifting at low rpm you have to shift really quick and tap the gas before letting out the clutch though, because the rpms drop really quick.
The ITR fly is supposed to be 14lbs. The rotational inertia from a larger flywheel keeps your revs up when shifting. If you don't mind the race car like feel of a light weight flywheel, then go for it. Much lighter than 10lbs. can be irritating for daily driving.
