stumbleing on brand new engine, need some opinions

stumbleing on brand new engine, need some opinions
i just recently rebuilt my engine, it has 0 miles on it.. my setup is below
D16Z6, stock CR
eagle rods
Vitara pistons
T3/T4 63/50
RC 550 injectors
blah blah blah... not sure what else to put
i burned a BBKA map to get my car running and a couple others as well, and every one has the same problem
they idle fine, AFR at idle is about 10.7 (i'll fix that later), as soon as i touch the gas it dies
i dont know what could be causeing it... anyone have any ideas? i thought maybe it was the map but i've tried about 4 others with the same results
