Default Clifford Alarm Problem

I have a Clifford Matrix 2.5x alarm system. My car alarm isn't arming anymore. I know because I got inside, pressed the arm button and tried starting the car, but the alarm didn't go off and the car started. When I press the arm button the doors lock and everything but it pages my remote and tells me that the car or the brain isn't receiving the signal. Does anybody know how to make it arm again?

It is constantly on, but when I start the car it goes off. When I press the arm button the LED doesn't even blink or anything, it just stays on.

It's probably in valet mode. I forget how to get it out of valet mode, but I'm sure it's in your instruction manual..

It says to press the Valet button and I've already tried it. Whenever I press it, it doesn't do anything, so I made sure it was connected to the brain and it was. Shouldn't the alarm still arm though if it's in valet mode?

Instructions say to turn the ignition to the "On" position, then turn it off. Then press the button.

You can also take it out of valet mode with the transmitter by opening a door, pressing lock, then unlock, then lock again... Light should go out and all should be well...

Oh, I IM'ed you yesterday, but I guess you never got it. After I went out and tried that it armed and disarmed and now it's working fine. Thanks for your help. BTW do you have the manual or a link to DL it for the 2.5x? I looked at the Clifford site, but couldn't find it.
