Not much at all on pump gas other then the high comp whats in the motor?
if you are brave and or have a good tuner a 50 shot will probbly be safe.

vtec controller this sounds bad already...
Get real management, and then maybe try a 50 shot I'd still be leary and start with a 35.

if you want 75 i'd have it tuned before trying and run one step stage colder plugs for safety knock timing bit back as well.
Or you can sell me the kit

normal NGK copper is all you'll ever need. For one step colder just ask they should also have it in the part number guide they have sitting around at auto zone pep boys etc.
You have some high comp pistons there, watch your rods, I wouldn't spray more than 75 shot in there to be safe. I wouldn't spray longer than 8 seconds at a time, make sure you have proper time between sprays so your engine can keep up with the cooling managment. nitrous is fun but keep in mind I had it and broke a transmission with it. I say your weak points are fuel management (if your going to push it hard get a fuel rail and maybe a hondata unit) your rods are going to scream under pressure I've been plenty of snapped rods in my time. and be nice to your tranny or you will be grinding gears real soon. make sure the gear is in place before releasing the clutch.... good luck man
