Default Odd clicking sound Any advice appreciated

Short version : Popping sound during braking... (not cv's)

Full version: I have a 1990 Honda Civic Si, I recently had a b18c JDM Gsr motor installed by a well known professional. Since the swap it has developed a clicking sound that seems to be coming from the front right. It almost sounds like a CV but I'm pretty sure it's not (new hasport axles) and no clicking during sharp turning while accelerating. The clicking only happens when applying the brakes, it happens a few times and the car stops fine. I can feel it a little bit in the pedal and it almost sounds more like a popping/crunching sound. Then clicks again when i start to accelerate. Whatever it is, its sounds like somthing may be lose. and doesnt sound like its getting better.

Again, Any advice would be very much appreciated...

~Mike

Could be ball joints but I would put my money on your brake calipers.

Go through and check all your braking and suspension components for tightness?
