you need to describe your problem better. kind of sounds like you need to adjust your pedal but its hard to know exactly what you mean.

agreed 100%, can you please explain it better

Also do what he says, see what happens if you loosen the bolt on the clutch a bit... sounds like it's slamming the new pressure plate..

and when u say wheel bearing, do you mean the wheel bearing, or the throwout bearing? If you changed the wheel bearing, why'd u change the clutch, pressure plate, but no throwout bearing?

EDIT:
Did u change anything, or is it the same kind/type pressure plate clutch as you had in there before?

i change the throwout bearing well its kind of hard to explain well for example when i shift into second and release the clutch slowly or fast it feels like im hitting the brakes really hard like if i was down shifting you know how you start slowly down and you down shift you get that little brake from down shifting well i get it when im up shift release the clutch slow or fast my car holds like if im hold the brake

Alright,
That is your clutch DOING ITS JOB!!!
See when you push your clutch in it means your drivetrain is seperated from the trans. The trans is only spinning as fast as your wheels are spinning which means your engine is spinning faster.
When you realease the clutch pedal your clutch presses against your pressure plate. So the engine is forced to slow down due to your slowly spinning tranny and this causes your car to feel like its its braking in all reality it is its called engine braking... Have fun
No hating but you shouldnt drive manual......
P.s> YOu need to learn how to realease the clutch slower and it wont jerk you.
just release it enough so the clutch starts to spin once you do that gradually let it out till your clutch pedal is completely released
