Special tool, where to buy or borrow?

I need to replace the A/C clutch pulley (illustration #12). Yesterday I attempted to remove the current pulley on the car, but when I tried to unscew the center bolt, the outer plate kept spinning along w/ the bolt so it was impossible to break the bolt free.
I looked in my Helms, and sure enough it said you need a special clutch pulley tool to hold the plate stationary. It is a tool with a handle and 3 prongs on top. It also has a hole in the center so you can access the bolt.
It looks something like this............

Where can I get this tool, or better yet is there a place that would have something like this to loan out? Anyone ever replaced an A/C clutch pulley before?

Yep, go to Advanced Auto. They rent tools. I do it all the time.
