I bought a Civic SI shell a while back and have started putting things together. Now that I am done putting everything back, what else do I have to do? How do I get the fuel ready for the initial start up? Would I have to fill the fuel filter with gasoline? I am not sure, please let me know what I should do. Thanks, appreciate it.

 

turn the key over, but do not start the engine.
you should hear a "hissing" sound.
thats the fuel pump "perging",
let it perge for like 5-10 seconds. then crank.
