check for resistance in between the different connections, if it reads 0 ohms you know you got yourself a short, good luck

Have you made any changes in the electrical system/lightbulbs?

Is this fuse #19? I show this controls Dash Lights, Dimming Signal, Parking Lights, Tail Lights, License Lights, Counsel Lights, Option connector D.

So the first thing I would ask is has any of these components acted up recently, been modified, or not working? Have you done any electrical anything lately? Answer that and then will go from there.

I'd first do a visual of the most likely corrosion area's. Since your in Florida, corrosion can be a problem. I'd check the license plate bulbs/wiring/connections first, then I'd move on to the tail lights.

You can do some test using the ohm meter but do a visual first.

Ha, it took me a while to figure that out as well. If you watch the threads, the move down to the bottom or next page, people usually just look at the first page or two displayed. So if no one responds to your post and you want it seen and it goes to the next page, the just respond with ttt (to the top) or bump (to bump it back to the top of the page). That way everybody can see. You especially see it a lot in the for sale thread to keep there ad visable to the first page.

Beat me to it.^^^^

when they do a 'bump' it sends a thread back to the top of the list. ie if you posted a topic yesterday and no one has replied yet you reply to it to send it back to where people can see it. doesnt have to be the work bump tho.

after market radio or stock? If it is aftermarket I would pull it and find the dimmer light wire and put a crimp cap on the bare end. This a big problem when people put aftermarket stereos in with a wiring harness adapter. the dimmer line doesn't get hooked up and it shorts to ground and blows that fuse.

I show the factory dimmer wire going to the radio should be red and black, probably red with a black tracer, possibly visa versa.

wrong, red wire is the ignition wire, black is the ground...i have never seen a red/black wire in a honda radio in my life...the dimmer wire is orange or orange/white...put some e-tape on that or crimp it over if there is any wire bare

Not according to AllData. And AllData gets info direct from Honda. I have seen a FEW errors in wiring colors in the past, but now often.

Dimmer = Red/Black

Hot (accessory on) = Yel/Red

Ground = Black

Most stereo's use colors as you wrote.

I think the wiring for the dimmer is orange with a white stripe at least that is what it is on the plug in harness adapter

Motor AllData is one of the two main sources used for getting information across the world. The other is Mitchell Shopkey. They both get their info from the manufactures. Go talk to qualified repair shops in your area and you will find they use one of the two to figure times for repairing and information to repair. Your comments are ignorant.

As stated before I have seen discrepency's in wiring diagrams in the past, though not to often, it is possible. I just looked again, and what I wrote before is what the diagrams show. I do not have an EG to confirm myself. Hopefully the OP will let us know what he found.

No. its 10 for a reason so its easy to pop. if you put a 30 it might cause the lines to get to hot, or start a electrical fire if he has a short somewhere.
