alright, Im looking at this turbo kit on ebay -

let me know what u guys think. it comes with a 38mm wastegate (i think thats about 7 psi???) and i know i also need injectors...would 300's work ok? but my real question is what do i have to do with the ecu?

you will learn from your mistakes quickly.. BTW Wastegate flange size Does not determine Boost pressure.. its the wastegate its self that termines the boost level with an adjustable spring.
