My friend just dropped in a 00 GSR block w/ a b16 head. When he tried to start it, it doesn't even crank. All we hear is a click. I'm thinking it is a loose connection somewhere or maybe even a fuse. He is busy at the moment but I'm just getting ideas of what else we could go and check for when he gets back later. Thanks

 

check the starter wires for good connections and also check grounds just where i would start

 

Anymore suggestions? I want my car to run

 

check the ground near the thermostat, that run to the harness and make sure u have enough grounds, one to the head, one to the transmission and one to the chasis atleast

 

is batt died? lol check ur grounds all of them

 

do what everybody else said. if not try giving the starter a couple of whacks with a hammer.
