K&N Filter anyone used the X-Stream Clamp-on filter
It is shaped kid of like they were trying to create the flow of a velocity stack. THis is K&N so I would not doubt that it works, just how much better and at what price?
The larger radius up top compared to the bottom would create better clow, but it pulls air from the sides so I do not see how it would be a benefit to the traditional design. I guess a pic of the inside of the filter would help.

Usually the good designers place a velocity stack in the inside of the filter where it connects to the tubing, hense why many filters have a larger bottom section. BUt who knows
Im beging to think its the same as the Ractive ones or there is a volicty stack from the end of the cone to the inlet.
