92-96 header for b16?

As far as it hangs, there might but that depends on a few factors. What mount kit you're using, how low the car is, etc.
Yes, have the extra bung welded onto it unless you want to buy the Hasport header which is a direct fit.

im not sure what mounts it is, but im on sttock ride height right now.. but will be on coils soon. is there a header that isnt as low to ground?

The '94-95 del Sol VTEC used a B16A3 which was OBD-1 and had one oxygen sensor which plugged into the catalytic convertor.
The '96-97 del Sol VTEC used a B16A2 which was OBD-2a and had two oxygen sensors - one that plugged into the A-pipe (bottom half of header) just before the cat, and one that plugged into the cat.

IIRC, pre-OBD oxygen sensors use a single wire. OBD-2 sensors are heated and use 4 wires.

the o2 hole will still be same size . will it work on a b16a1?

Sorry, I thought you were asking about the O2 sensors rather than the header.
