Dunlop SP Sport D40
I bought 2 used B14 SE-R wheels for my B13 SE-R to match my other 2 wheels. The guy left the tires on which actually have some good tread still. I'm assuming these are an older model of tires that aren't produced anymore (I checked Discount Tire and Tirerack and no luck). Where can I find 2 more to match and make a complete set? I checked Eghey already...no luck. Is it even worth it or should I just buy 2 more mismatched tires?

None.
I have a '93 SE-R now. It's my Honda "fix" replacement on the cheap.

I don't know, but in a quick web search, I found a reference to their inclusion in a tire test in Road and Track's December 1989 issue, a reference that they were approved for use on the 1989 Porsche 911 (964), and another mention that they had been discontinued for a while as of 1999. They had already been replaced (I assume) by the Dunlop Sport D60 A2 tire which appeared in the tire test in the January 1995 issue of Consumer Reports. So I am going to take a guess that those tire are very, very old - somewhere between 14 and 20 years old, I would imagine. I would suggest checking how old the tires are, but if you understand how to do so using the identification codes on the tire, you'll realize that there's no way to tell the difference between a tire manufactured in, say, 1983 and one made in 1993.
As the Tire Rack notes, "when properly cared for, most street tires have a useful life of between six to ten years." I would toss 'em (as much as I hate the idea of tossing out tires with usable tread left on them). Tires aren't something you want to take a chance on. Especially when you can get some excellent, new-technology tires for as little as $41 each in 195/50-15 (Kumho SPT) or $35.50 each in 205/50-15 (Dunlop Direzza DZ101).

Thanks for the info. It sounds like these probably aren't safe to use. The wheels are 15x6 so I'll probably go 195/50 or 205/50.

195/50-15 is the better match for the '93 SE-R's stock size of 185/60-14.
