Default Bouncing idle then stalls at stop

Car is a 2000 base with a H22 with darton sleeves, CP 9-1, fresh rebuild, stock head, auto to manual swap done, GSR ecu temp being used.

So last week on thursday (after 3 weeks of driving fine after rebuild) this started and I hoped that fixing my headgasket would fix it (I don't know why I thought that...guess I'm an idiot). Here's what happens:

At startup:
1) I start car and unless I give it a bit of gas it'll stall (sometimes maybe 50% of the time)
or
2) It starts fine then eventually after 30 seconds of idle it'll start to bounce slowly (up to 1200 down to 800 then up to 1500 then stall)

When driving:
1) Car runs run as long as I'm giving it gas
2) When I put in the clutch 50% it'll drop down to 1000 rpm
3) The other 50% of the time it'll drop below then stall unless I give it gas

Other things:
1) No CEL
2) I'm currently running a GSR ecu until the end of this week (I was told it runs a tad bit leaner then the prelude. I had to do this because of my tranny swap/immobilizer issues)
3) When idling it sounds like a muscle car/harley. It kind of blubs and sound like its missing but again no CEL
4) I've tightened my throttle cable to increase my idle...the idle adjust screw seems to do nothing
5) INtake seems to be sucking more than usual. If it's idling for a while and then I give it gas it makes a loud whoosing sound.
6) Inside the IM...are the butterfly valves closest to the engine supposed to be strait up (open) when the car isn't running??

What I've tried so far:

1) New plugs
2) New wires
3) Distributer is 1 month old
4) Took off the throttle body and cleaned it completly
5) Took off the IAC and cleaned out the screen
6) Tried to run without IAC and bouncing increased
7) Tried to run without EGR valve hooked up...no change
8) Blocked off my FITV

What it might be:

1) EGR valve...I've tried to take this off but 1 bolt is almost stripped and I'm afraid to strip it. It's the one thats a B1tch to get to
2)Fuel injectors...I think they're still stock and I haven't doen anything to them. I have new ones waiting for my turbo install
3) O2 sensor...I've never replaced it and I've had the car 2.5 years. I have a new wideband waiting for my install. BUt if it was this I'd get a CEL...no?
4) Vacuum line leak somewhere...I can't hear it but I'm going to replace my lines tomorrow night.
5) Intake manifold gasket leak...This was replaced during my rebuild. Maybe a leak here but I doubt it.
6) I'm going to try a new IAC tomorrow.

I'm stumped and pi$sed and tired. Anyone have any suggestions?

My bet would be the GSR ecu ur useing, it's only putting in enough fuel for a 1.8L and not a 2.2L, so ur kinda starving ur engine of fuel, that would be my bet, don't drive it too long like that! About the immobilizer, u talking about the clutch sensors to start the car, u don't need em, car starts without em and will start fine with a manual ecu.

The ECU is temp unitl this Friday when I'm doing my turbo install. I have an AEM 30-1020 to go in.

I thought about the ECU but this just started happening last thursday and the ECU was in at least 1 week prior to this.

Look on the intake tube. You see 2 hoses (small black and big blue in this case). Unplug the small black one at the source on the intake manifold and let it breathe on its own and see if that doesn't help. Could be that hose is blocked in some fashion (wouldn't be the first time I've seen it)
