AIR CONDITION PROBLEMS

ok i got a 1993 honda civic hatch dx auto and i got a ac compressor that shreaks when ever i turn it on so i wanted to know how to replace it if anyone has a good instructions to replace this part thanks...

Is the belt tight??? That might be a simpler fix than replacing the compressor.
