AC Compressor Question
First, I inquired about a Compressor a while back from a guy here, and I cant remember his name. He had a few of them. If you read this, please contact me.
Second, if I want to replace my AC compressor, how involved is the procedure? Do I need anything other than another compressor? Any gaskets? Ill have to refill the refrigerant right?

not very difficult take belt off 2 r 3 bolts cant remember 2 bolts @ dryer (getting to it is kinda crappy) if i remember right. put new comp and dryer on bolt down put belt back on recharge. *remember dont let the refrigerant into the air its against the law

Also its recommenced to replace the 0-rings. It would be nice if you could borrow the tool that is used to adjust the tension on the belt.

Yes then I did it I had to take to front bumper and passenger side headlight off. If you do that then its pretty easy. If your compressor grenaded it might not be a bad idea to get someone to flush it for you incase you have a valve clogged or something.

The compressor is just making noise, and that means that the bearing on the inside is going out. Im looking to replace it, and I want to get the parts for my mechanic, rather than him buy the parts.
