I just did a swap........OBD1 B16a in OBD2 civic. I have a OBD1 SIr computer with harness adapter. I am having troubles with my IAC valve. No matter what I do my car isnt reading it. This is the only cell I am throwing but my car wont run without it. I have replaced it and still nothing. Is this a common problem?? Not sure what to do, first B swap. Please help.

what motor are you going from? i had the same problem when i put my z6 in my 98 hatch. couldnt figure it out. ended up i compared wirring diagrames and compared conversion harness and my iac wire was in the wrong spot so i made a jumer wire and connected the wires and works just fine now
