Also.. at what speeds when braking can you feel the vibrations?

could be alot of things, most likly ur rotors are warped, might be able to get them resurfaced, prolly need new ones, take it to the stealership (dealership), and get em to do a brake job.

It's possible that your rotors are warped. It's also possible that you have uneven brake pad deposits on the surface of your rotors, as described here. You could try re-bedding your brake pads as described in that article. If that doesn't work, have your rotors turned or replace them.
(I don't think it's alignment since that doesn't usually show up as a vibration, and I don't think it's wheel balance since it's only happening when you brake.)

Why not? Most likely its just the front ones and they're not too expensive.

Be careful and get all the possibilities inspected before you just start paying to replace stuff.
I recently had my brakes/rotors done (they were just worn out); I had them do the bearing while they were in there since I was getting some weird vibrations at low speeds. Long story short, after I got the car back, the vibrations were gone, but I was getting some crazy shaking when I braked. I thought for sure it was the new rotors that were warped or something. The shop thought it was the pads (probably because they are the quickest/easiest to replace) and replaced the pads first. They did that, the car still shook. Took it back and they ended up replacing the bearing (the new one that they put in), now it's fine after a week or so of driving.
Anyway, I was sure it was the rotors, and the shop was sure it was the pads, and it ended up being the wheel bearing. It totally felt like the rotors and it only shook when I braked.
I'm not saying your problem isn't rotors or pads, I'm just saying to be aware that it may not be what you expect, and to check the wheel bearings as well; maybe other front end components.
Good luck with your repair.

True enough, but you can't rely on a mechanic to diagnose your car all the time.. each mechanic analyze's a situation with their own discretion. But chances are it's the rotars... it's when he's braking, probably warped.. and it won't be anything to do with the hydraulic system.

My brakes used to vibrate if I was going above maybe 40 mph, turns out my front rotors were pretty much dead and my back rotors needed to be turned and i needed new pads all they way around..... expensive.... if you know people that can do this for you, I highly reccommend that, I paid $350 for 2 new rotors, 4 brake pads, and labor for installing and turning back rotors.
