Brake Pulsation after hard driving

Brake Pulsation after hard driving
I was cut off real bad on the highway by some old Expletive and now under heavy braking my steering vibrates and brakes kind of pulsate, I figure the rotors are slightly warped but its only intermitently a problem. Does anyone else have this problem?
is there a quick fix or do I need to MIll down the rotors?
