ok heres what i have come up with so far.
driver side horn has 12 volts on both wires
passenger side horn has 12 volts on only one wire.
there is 12 volts at the fuse box
fuse is good.
and there is also 12 volts behind the wheel.
but still not horn, what else should i check please help me out, is there a relay somewhere??

hmm thats only for the horn trigger but ill go check it out

Do you know where i'd find that for a 94 LS?

 

i just ran the meter on it ans i got power there at the trigger, thats why its frustrating, i have power everywhere but no horn still

 

could it be the switch in the steering wheel

did you try, 1) hooking up the horn to just power to test if it works?
2) check the wires for any cuts, disconnections?

 

my old accord horn didn't work but i find out that it was the wire connecting to the horn it wasn't sqeezed enough and kept falling off. A new horn only costs about 12 dollars for a cheaper one
