Default Greddy Rebuild Kit?

I've got a Greddy kit that's got some bad seals, and bearings. I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find a rebuild kit for the turbo?

It's greddy's EX kit.

Number on the turbo is: TD04H

I've searched ebay, and google, but haven't found anything, maybe I just suck at the internet.

Thank you.

That's because it can't be done for $35. even the rebuild kits themselves are about 100 bucks or so, then it needs to be complete broken down, reassembled, and balanced. You're looking at over $200 + whereever.

Thank you very much guys.

I'm talking to turbochargers.com right now, and they've said they can do the rebuild, or sell me a kit. ZeroTurbo.com will also sell the kit to me.

My only existing problem is that the person who owned the turbo before me (im kindof salvaging this kit) ruined the oil feed fitting area. Destroyed the threads and then tried to weld it to make it seal.

Check this horrible sight out: http://www.easymac.org/~uminac/fitting/

I might just grind it, drill it, and tap it. But I'm waiting for turbocharger.com to get back to me about if they can replace it, because that's obviously ideal.

i woudl serosuly not use that housing, iron warps when miss heated. thart means the housing is most likley warped so when you spend all yuo $ on rebuiulding a crappy housing that the oil line is trashed on your going to have possbiel bearing and sealing issues still.

a good sued greddy turbo on ebay goes for around $100-$125ish average. a old one that needs rebuilding is le4ss than that. also a T25 will bolt right up to that manifold. hint hint.

i have trouble thinking it would really warp a turbo. turbos are under extreme heat all the time anyway.

but as for the second part, i'd love to find something like that... can you give me an example? i was searching for the wrong thing on ebay then. i couldn't find it anywhere

get a differnt turbo.

if a t25 bolts up to that manifold get a t25 with a t3 compressor on it, i think they call it t28,

not to be confuzzled with the gt28.

T25 ? Usually the wastegates for the ones I see are set to 12 psi.. I don't want that much, but I do have the wastegate actuator from my current turbo.. would that work out cool ?

I was looking at this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1
