Default act clutch kit making noise

i got a b16 with type r tranny in my ek, installed a new 8.8 lb flywheel and act 4 puck race disk and pressure plate with the act kit (throwout bearing, pilot bearing)
issue im having it noise when the clutch is released (foot not on pedal) almost sounds like a rod knock its real loud, its not a rod knock and dosn't sound like the throwout bearing that makes kinda a grinding noise but this is a knocking noise almost identical to a rod knock, anyone else experience this or should i start to worry been driving like this for like 2000 miles no problems what so ever clutch grabs 4th and 5th if i want it to thanks for any input or ideas i know everyone gonna say flywheel bolts those was torqued and locktited everything was torqued incuding the pressure plate also noise goes away when you press the clutch in

well i know this is kinda off the wall but me and abuddy put a exedy stage to clutch in a 98 mustang gt... sounds like the similar noise he was having after the installation.. we did the pressure plate, clutch, and lightened flywheel... first me thought it was the throwout bearings... wasnt it thought it was the flywheel.. wasnt it.. even had it sent back to exedy and balanced... thought it was the tranny put a new tranny in it... wasnt it... rebuilt the rear-end.. wasnt it... come to find out.. it was the clutch making the grinding noise... but it would only do it at certain rpms.. i dont know if that would apply to a honda... or not.. sounds like a the similar problem.. was it making the noise before the install..?? b/c if it wasnt.. i would check the clutch...

didnt make a noise with the stock clutch so the input bearing shouldn't be bad, the noise changes with rpm changes going down the road you don't hear it....at idle you can hear it just might ride on it and see what happens. i mean it performs very well just the noise of like a knocking sound like somethings flying around or something but if something was loose the centrifigual force of spinning around that fast should hold whatever still i would guess... has me boggled
