It depends if you are changing rods or not. The combos for the rod/crank to get the correct color are on the rods and stamped on the engine block. Get a Helms and they will have a guide for it.

Plasti-guage your bearings. Then go tighter or looser depending on what your clearances are. Hopefully you can tell what color the old bearings are, if not you have to get the numbers off the rods and crank and use the chart in the manual.
I had the same question a month ago and called Eagle. If you are using a b18a/b crank a the b18a/b Eagle rods, then use the green rod bearings. Call Eagle to double check though just incase I misunderstood him for some reason. The guy knew the answer right off the top of his head.
I thought that the ls and b20 used the same crank so they would use the same rod bearings. To support my thought, I looked at mine last night and my 97 b20 rod bearings are green. Whether a Honda green rod bearing is the same as an Acura green rod bearing, I hope because that is what I ordered.

Motor: B20VTEC (Built N/A) skunk2 cams, JE 85mm 12.5, Alaniz Ported B16 Head.
Tranny: Y21 (Fidanza Flywheel, A.C.T Clutch, Quaife)
Ecu: P28 (5200vtec x-over, 9.5k Redline)

This is a hatch, correct? Have you got time slips or hp/tq number yet?

what about crank bearings?? I am using a b18a block and eagle rods and was wondering what crank bearings to use?
Be smart get the rods notched and use GSR rod Bearings
do not use gsr bearings as they are more narrow then the ls and do not fit properly!!! as for going to a green bearing for eagle rods???? i have no idea why they said that... use the codes off the crank and block to get your colors (assuming the eagle rods are a number 3 rod), yes the chart is in the helms manuel, and btw the ls and crv cranks are the exact same.
No two sets of Eagle rods are the same...I've measured many, many sets. After building (professionally) dozens of Honda engines using dial bore gauges to set up clearances, I can say NOT A SINGLE engine took all one color on the rods or the mains. Crower and Eagle tell you one color?...they are idiots with no legal liability when you f-up your engine.
Wow! There sure is A LOT of bad advice floating around in here.
First, do NOT assume anything when building a motor. The Eagle rods are not equivalent to any Honda size/number. Every set of Eagle rods is different.
You need to either get the crank journals mic'ed [sp] and get the big end of the corresponding rod measured (dial bore gauge) and determine bearing clearance (best way).
Or you can use plastigauge and go up or down in bearing size (color) depending on which color you chose first.
In order to do this you will need a set of rod bearings for each Honda color. But, in most cases all you will need is a set of brown, green, and yellow. In most cases (not all) you won't go outside this range. Please keep in mind there are exceptions to this statement and it is not always true.
I have quite a few sets of brand new LS/CR-V rod bearings laying around in almost all colors. They are on back order quite often lately so I stocked up. If they are on backorder and you need a set email me.
Do not use GS-R rod bearings. Those are not the correct bearings to use. They are more narrow, as mentioned in an earlier post.
Not all of the responses to this thread were bad. There is some truth to some of the statements. But, if you have any doubt or are not sure how to do it have somebody 'in the know' do it for you. Trust me, it will be worth the cost to hire somebody.
The information given in this post comes from experience and not from reading on the internet. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
Good luck.
