Default Just installed 22" resonator.

I just came back from the muffler shop(sweeneys in torrance) 45 bucks for it installed. It sounds soo much better! i have a nice deep sound when i step on it, but its quiet when i want it to be. Also, they figured out what my rattle was.. i'm missing somekind of gasket that goes from the header to the catalyc, which also causes an exhaust leak. The guy said that piece costs around 12 at a honda dealer and he'll install it with the springs and nuts for 20.. sound good?

The resonator is a muffler. same thing, ONLY that resonators are usually, round, long, and look like cherry bombs. Well that's pretty much what they are.

22 inch resonator !!?? ain't that kinda long ?? what size of piping do you have and what kind of muffler?? i'm getting my exhaust done like 2" diameter and i'm keeping my dynomax super turbo muffler on since its still in good condition...

should i just get a resonator installed instead of a cat??

i want that low grumble when i step on it but almost unnoticeable when either cruising or idling...

I just got a 18" ressie put on. Makes a helluva difference. My exhaust does not sound buzzzy any more...just smooth.
