Hit up http://www.s2ki.com if you can't find a solution here (if you haven't already tried). They have a much larger population of s2k owners that may be able to help you.

what's the blue/red wire in the 3rd and 4th pics going to? Is there an alarm hooked up? need more info to help. Also you should get a helm's at a minimum to figure out the wiring schematics if it is an electrical problem you are dealing with. Good luck.

It's the same blue/red wire as in the last, its cut.

The alarm is not hooked up, though I think that I did at one point of it in my car. I am not sure if the unit is still there or not. Where is the stock unit?

U shoul get the comple manufactures wiring diaghram. from there u can tell if u made a mistake

Are the battery cables on tight?

Battery at 12 volts?
