Fading Brake pedel on '93 Accord
Brake pedal fades to the floor ONLY WHEN THE A/C IS ON. Sounds like a vacume problem but i see nothing obvious.
Any Ideas? Live in AZ and not using the A/C is not an option.

Sounds to me like a bad master cylinder. The AC makes it substantially hotter under the hood, which aggrivates it.
Air in the brake lines would cause a spongy pedal, but it would pump up solid when you pump the pedal. Bleeding brakes will fix it.
A bad MC would cause the pedal to sink to the floor slowly & smoothly while you're holding it. For example at a red light. Fluid leaks past the MC piston, back into the reservoir; that's why it doesn't leak OUT on the ground. It's only going to get worse. Eventually it'll do that when the AC isn't running. Bleeding brakes often makes it go away, but only temporary.
Does that sound like what's happening?

I would tend to agree it's the brake master cylinder. I just had mine changed, and it fixed the problem.

I have the same problem with my 92 accord lx. I bleeded my brake and the problem stopped for about 1 month and restart again after this time. It's the master cylinder
