brake pedal falls slowly but only when its hot outside wtf!
i usually notice it when im running a/c and its really hot out. the brake pedal will fall slowly to the floor when im sitting at a light. if im on a slope i have to pump it back up to level but it still falls. what could this be?
i thought i might have air in the lines so i bled the brakes and i see no signs of leakage at the mc or booster. wtf is going on and why does it only happen in the heat of summer?

Do you have bigger brakes up front? If so I have a good part number for you to ask for at Honda.
BTW:
Don't ever put a larger m/c on your car with stock sized smaller Civic front brakes.

I didnt know this.. I was gonna bend the lines on my GSR brake MC to put it on my hatch, but I only have the rear brake set up from my GSR on my hatch.. So I should stick with a regular civic hatch brake MC because I still have the stock civic front brakes?

How to check brake booster
Turn off car.
Depress pedal repeatedly until pedal becomes very firm/stiff.
Turn on car.
Depress pedal agian
If pedal stays stiff = brake booster is hosed
If pedal becomes softer = brake booster is good.

mine did this the other day at a light and i tried to stop at the next light and the pedal went all the way to the floor. almost rear ended a trailer.
i dont know if this matters but the black paint is coming off my master cylinder. and im using synthetic blake fluid.
where can i buy a new master cylinder?
