im installing innovative driver side engine mount now, and i cant break the bolts. The engine is supported by the jack only. But for some reason the two bolts closest to the engine wont losen. Any body have any ides.

 

Have you tried to spray some PB Blast on it and let that soak in first? If you want you can soak it in that and wait and do it a couple more times. Then Home Depot carries a beautiful 4 ft pipe that should fit over the end of any breaker bar.

 

ok we got the bolts off. Now for some reason they wont go back in. the bolts that go from the mount to the engine went in fine. But the bolts from the mount to the body wont screw back in. Wtf is the problem

 

check the threads to make sure they are not stripped. if you can get a light into where the bolts thread into make sure that's not stripped either. if this is the first time they have ever been out, they might be rusty. you can clean them with brake cleaner and then try putting them back in.
