Your headgasket is fucked up. Coolant is is going into your combustion chamber and you're mixing it with fuel and air. That what cause the white smoke. Get new heaD gasket and run your car for like 100 miles and it'll clear up.

I'm a hardcore noob when it comes to honda-motor but even I can replace a headgasket. Do a Search maybe you can find step by step instruction.

u usually get charged up the *** for labor on a headgasket, do it yourself.. I would really recommend buying the Acura GSR (whatever year ur engine is) head gasket directly from Honda/Acura and installing it yourself... Search for some how-tos on changing the headgasket, it's really not difficult...and if you have any questions I'm sure pple here can help you...I'm always open to PM's if you got a question..

Though if u wanna take it to a shop it's ur call...I'd suspect around 200-300 for labor as most garages would charge about 4 - 6 hours labor at 65 (approx) / hour that goes to about 260 - 390....but u may be able to find it cheaper....

Like I said, better to do it yourself, really is...

well i have a friend he helped me put my motor in so... but 4-6 hours was what i was wanting to know... but what about the mugen headgasket... i figure i spent over 3500 on a motor swap might as well get good parts... the mugen headgasket says it raises compression from 11.1 to 11.4? worth the money?
