Default B18c White Smoke

hi guys...i own a b18c..and when vtec is kickin in white smoke appears to come out of the exhaust...i m using Torco SR1 Fully Syntetic Oil 10 40w.... what do you think about the white smoke pls? any suggestions what should i do?

It's most likely a bad head gasket or bad rings.

Not sure if it could be due to the increased weight of your oil, since your running a heavier weight than Honda recommends. I really have no idea about that though, maybe someone else could clarify?

White smoke = coolant/water.

I sould suggest to do a compression test on the motor and check for coolant mixing with oil first.

it's a head gasket, now follow this up with 40 other posts confirming it's a head gasket. Do a compression test and tell us your numbers.

like everyone else said go with a compresson test and lets us know what your numbers are. and yes its prob going to be your head gasket.
