BACK UP fuse blows

BACK UP fuse blows
hi,
my backup fuse (underhood) blows instantly when I put a new one. Cluster and flashers doesn't work.
I've tried several things and i am out of idea.
Could it be a short somewhere ?
You can suggest anything i am sincerely out of idea and patience.
