CEL tripping out on me
ok so i had a check engine light for a lone time that threw code 6(ECT sensor)... i replaced the sensor a couple times, and the plug on it because the wires were snipped, but the CEL didnt go away, so the other day i tried getting the code again to show a friend, and whenever i put in the paper clip to the jumer thing the CEL just goes away, and doestn throw a code...any ideas on what could it be? another thing i noticed is that its not engaging vtec because the motor really struggles to get to at least 7k rpm's
things to know: OBD-1, stock P28ecu, D16z6
thanks in advance.
