Default Has anyone seen a Greddy Turbo Kit on an H22 Civic?

Just wondering about this... Searched around and found nothing.

If anyone knows about this, what kind would I use? I'm thinking the prelude turbo kit with a civic intercooler kit??

dont waste your money on a $2500 kit that will only give you 40-50whp.... put your own kit together and make double that for half the price.... by the way, the stock DSM manifolds will work on the H22, find a 16g turbo, and do the rest, easy.

I guess it don't matter much what kind of intercooler u use, of course bigger will always produce more power as the air will be colder...but the radiator is what I'd be concerned about, make sure u swap to a full size (like a prelude) readiator or with the turbo and the H22 u can be facing heat issues w/ the civic half size stock radiator..

Not always true. With larger intercoolers there is more pressure drop, which depending the setup and psi you run could result in slight drop.

how will he fail visuals just because he's in california? you can bar a swap civic running a h22 with greddy turbo kit, just as long as it has all emission parts on correctly.

Visually the cop can say that you're not smog legal but if you have the decal saying that you are then they'll site you for something else like....being too low to the ground or something gay like that.

im talking about Barring, not getting pulled. i know there has to be a carb oe# on any aftermarket parts. but hows the getting barred work??? say they pop the hood of a civic and see an H22, is that automatic failure on visual or is it fine as long as its compliant w/ emmisions??? luckily i live in a SMOG free state, hell we dont even have visual inspections.

I plan on getting it barred first. You can get an H22 barred as long as all emmissions equipment is installed and it passes the sniffer.
