Default Prelude boost problems, running hondata now

Alright pretty much ive had a turbo kit installed in my 97 prelude for about 2 weeks. Was running great but stock ecu cant take boost so it cuts out as soon boost gauge got to 0. This was ok since i knew this would happen. Car ran perfect besides that, low idle and running rich cuz of bigger injectors but all else was good.

Didnt drive it except to see if everything worked. Today i installed a p28 ecu + hondata s200 with boost and i immediately run into problems.

First of all about the tune on it, it was tuned for my year prelude on 7psi with greddy turbo kit. I know all cars are unique but i figured this tune would work temporarily before i get it tuned for my setup specifically. I start up the car and it sounded different, to me it sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders. So i went out and bought different sparkplugs: BCR7ES. Still car sounds like its running on 3 cylinders. I thought just try if it even runs, gave it enough gas to go just barely into boost and let off. Felt sluggish all the way up which it didnt this morning before i istalled ecu+hondata.

Anyone know what the problem is?

it could be the ecu. try a different ecu and see what happens. u could have burned up one of the injector drivers or ignition electronics
