Ordered some stuff and their check out forum was a little werid. After I clicked submit it just come to some random site, didn't tell me it went through or anything. Also didn't get a E-mail confirmation.

Is that how your purchase went? How long after you order did you get a E-mail confirmation?

 

i have been buying ecu's and jumperharnesses from them for the past 4 years and have only had one problem. other then that they have been great

Yeah I've been hearing good stuff that's why I ordered, but just wanted to know the questions above.

 

I called them to order my **** and had them send me a tracking number to my e-mail and i got 2 front lips and one rear in about a week, it went through hella smooth

So they usually, or at all, don't send E-mail confirmations with tracking #?

Damn you edited that fast haha. So I would have to call them to check?

 

i ordered a few things from them and had maybe one small problem with them when i ordered my wing. they didnt package any bolts with the wing but as soon as i emailed them about it, it came like 3-5 days later in the mail. but i would receive a email about 24 hours later. maybe you should call them to see if the order was even received just to be safe.

I'll call them after lunch if I don't get the confirmation. I'm just used to getting one directly after ordering

yea give them a call just to be sure. i've ordered stuff from them without any problems but just to be sure...

 

Got some mirrors from them last year...good stuff.

 

ordered a lip kit from them last year. thumbs up from me. took them a while to ship it (less than 2 weeks) but no complaints other than that. i'll be ordering from them again. their prices are so reasonable that i imagine they are quite buisy.

 

i got my lip in 5 days with no problems, i did get a confirmation email

got my mirrors in a couple days after i ordered!

 

I've made two purchases from them in the past via phone calls and my order came in within the week.
I say give them a call if you're confused about the status of the order.

I emailed them about purchasing a lip and they sent me a paypal address to send payment too. Came in 4 days
