Default Peakboost Customer Service???

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to know if many of you have had problems with Peakboost products, if you had any, how the problems were solved?

Im having a few issues with their products now and my supplier is speaking to them, hopefully they take care of things. But any experiences you might share would be great.

I would like to know this aswell, as i'm getting ready to order to two Peakboost kits.

I have been keeping in touch with Ken over the phone and have absolutly nothing but good things to say about him and his customer service thus far.

The only problem I've heard is the manifolds are single passed and undercut, which makes them prone to cracking. The only warranty-ish issue any of my immediate circle of friends had with Ken (on non-Peakboost kit related stuff) was a few years back, and he did a great job taking care of the situation. I've not heard any internet forum complaints about warranty from them, though, so you're golden in that respect... a lot of people are whiners if their part is fifteen minutes late, and no bad word of mouth means he's doing something very right.

On the manifold subject I saw a new Peakboost manifold last week that looked like one of the FR or AFI hand-welded units, they've recently changed how they make or who makes their manifolds and it's quite frankly top notch.

Peakboost and all of its dealers work real good to get the customer happy. Although this thread is harmless, its not needed. They have a toll free number and I am sure (because I know you) your talking to whoever you bought it from all day on aim. No need for a thread, those guys are all top notch.

definately not bashing, but if they dont come through, which now atm looks like they wont, ill be out of pocket about another half of a new manifold.

Im not saying anything about them at the moment, im simply asking about how other people have fared. As such, at this time there is nothing else i will say about the matter, until we have an answer from them.

Im talking to my dealer as i purchased through him, and his doing what i expected of him, its really a response im waiting for.

I have a peakboost ramhorn and I love it the manifold is beautiful and I have never had any problems with it. I have heard they are undercut which mine does look a tad bit undercut but the manifold is working great no problems and like i said its beautiful Peakboost FTW! I don't think I will ever need to call customer service so I can't speak on that aspect of their business :-)
