98 D16y8 Intake Manifoldon a 99/00 D16y8 Head - Idle Surge
I've searched and searched.... and I've found a bunch of info I've already gone over and over again.
When using the 98 IM, can you use the 98 IM gasket on the 99/00 head? Will that promote any type of problems?
I'm getting a nasty idle from 1000-2500 rpms while the car is in park. However when in drive/reverse the surging goes away. This is an AT by the way.
I've checked for vacuum leaks, changed iac's, used carb cleaner to inspect gasket leaks, you name it I did it.
